I agree with what you say, that you really can’t get enough magnesium absorbed through topical use alone and oral magnesium chloride is much better, however, I will not be without my topical oil as it works excellently on any ache or pain I might have. So I recommend anyone to have magnesium chloride bath flakes or topical magnesium on hand always. But I also know, from my own experience that one cannot get in enough magnesium into the blood stream through topical magnesium alone. (. I am so magnesium deficient that if I do not get enough daily, I will get horrendous restless leg syndrome in the evening. And I have tried just using the spray on oil and I got restless legs in the evening. This is also how I know which brands are better than others, because if they are not so well absorbed, and I always take the USRDA, I will get restless leg syndrome in the evening)

I really pushed myself i went on a mission each time i came back from from physio as they measure your bend so i decided i wanted to beat the measure each week. I could get to 120 by the time i was 6 weeks post op. I now have a full bend. I used a excersise bike each night i called through emmerdale!! I also did and still do, 2 30 min walks a day . What i do each night after my bath is to sit on the bed and attempt to bring both knees up to my chest pushing my operated knee to help it. I would do this until i couldn't take the pain any more . Now i can do it straight away without pushing or pain. You must remember though that although excersing is great for you resting is just as important.! I also had the wheat pad i pop it in between knees to help me get comfy .
